Job description: Coordinator in charge of reader services. The team handles delivery issues, receiving calls from customers for payments and complaints and customer follow up.
What I like best (about my job): I enjoy all aspects of my job, especially assisting the customers and knowing that their issues are being handled in a professional and timely manner.
Most memorable moment with INI: I do not have one special memory. My time with Independent Newspapers is an experience that I enjoy on a daily basis.
Hobbies/Interests: My hobbies are bowling (I have been unable to do so for a while), reading, and I enjoy spending time with my doggie (Herky).
Fun fact (about myself): I am a very laid back person. I do not accept stress in my life. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated. I believed that respect is not earned, it is learned. I'm a people person and enjoy helping others. I especially enjoy getting together with friends and family and enjoying the things in life that some take for granted. I believe strongly that God has big plans for me and my time here in this lifetime is meant to help others.
