Delaware State News Publisher Ed Dulin facilitated the “unveiling” breakfast, held at Delaware State University. Several Dover-area business leaders offered upbeat perspectives on the local economy.
This year’s glossy magazine, used as an economic development tool, features an Evergreen jumbo cargo jet at Dover Air Force Base. Evergreen and other airline companies would benefit from proposed expansion of the Civil Air Terminal.
