Rita Maier, a fourteen year veteran of the Delaware State News distribution department, was promoted to the position of Circulation Manager this week. Ed Dulin, publisher of the DSN, noted that Rita "has been involved with the distribution department since she was hired in 1999, is very familiar with the systems and procedures we have in place today, and is an individual I believe possesses very good judgment and excellent management capabilities. I'm positive she will be a success in this new role and a fine team leader for the group."
