An Annual Memorial To A Great Individual

Spring has finally arrived in Delaware.  How do we know this?  Daffodils?  No.  The calendar?  No.  The weatherman?  HA!  No!  Because Jack Smyth’s memorial tree on The Green in historic downtown Dover is in bloom!
