Sen. Tom Carper (DE-D) was the featured speaker at the Milford Chamber’s
Economic Development Commission on Tuesday, August 20. Sen. Carper, who is
serving his fourth term in the Senate, spoke briefly about creating an
environment in Delaware that would nurture the economy. He touched upon the
need for greater access to affordable health care, the need for workforce
development and the replacement and improvement of critical infrastructure.
