Lake Okeechobee News Editor Katrina Elsken covered a variety of
holiday events, including the Trot for Toys trail ride, which raised money for
the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office Shop with a Cop event for low income
children. (Deputies take kids shopping for presents for themselves and their
families.) How do you cover a trail ride? On horseback, of course.
